According to the present conditions of the project, the design consciously proceeds from the overall base, and integrates the residential buildings, public gardens and the northern river course rationally, which not only makes the functional layout of the project reasonable, the center prominent, and emphasizes the central garden and the North-South axis, but also makes the traffic line smooth. At the same time, the Riverside Park on the north side also promotes the area. Residents'living experience plays an irreplaceable role.
Tongnan Meilou Sales Office compares the solid volume above with the empty volume below by casting shadows along the small side during the day and illuminating the main body at night to emphasize the floating feeling, combining with the northern mirror water scenery shining.
